Churchfield Alpacas Refund Policy

At Churchfield Alpacas, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our alpaca and apiary products. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition of Products: Items must be returned in their original condition. For alpaca fleece, yarn, and garments, this means unaltered, undamaged, and with original packaging. For honey and beeswax products, seals must be intact and the product unused.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
  2. Clearance or sale items are final and not eligible for returns.

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact us at info@churchfieldalpacas.co.uk to initiate a return.
  2. After approval, pack the item securely preferably in original packaging and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Send the item back to us at the address provided. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
